Eligible Groups
Groups that meet the following criteria are eligible for group visits. Please register your group via the Group Visit Registration Site (opens in a new tab).(リンクを新しいタブで開きます)
Kindergartens, certified childcare centers, nursery schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, compulsory education schools, high schools, secondary schools, and technical colleges, etc.
*In principle, limited to institutions based in Japan.
Special needs schools, special needs classes, remote-area schools, and groups such as social welfare facilities for people with disabilities

If your group is visiting the special exhibition only, please refer to the special exhibition ticketing page.
*School groups are required to register.
For faculty and staff of universities participating in the University Partnership program, please refer to the University Partnership page.
Group Visit Registration Process
All groups wishing to visit the museum are asked to review “Requests for Group Visitors” and the "Kahaku Group Visit Q&A." Group leaders are asked to inform and guide all group members about the visit in advance.

*If you wish to conduct a preliminary visit, please refer to “School Visit Procedures”.
Please complete your group registration through the "Group Visit Registration Site" by 9:00 a.m., three days before your visit.
Registrations cannot be accepted by email, fax, or mail.
Please make sure to check the registration ID provided in the email.
Please refer to the example provided with the application form.

If you realize you have left something behind during your visit, please contact the General Information Desk or the Global Gallery Information Desk.

Notes for Group Visit Registration
- Please ensure that you can receive emails from @kahaku.go.jp in advance.
- If you do not receive the Group Visit Registration Confirmation email, please contact us at dantai@kahaku.go.jp.
- If you do not bring your Use Confirmation Form, we will explain the important points on the day of your visit and ask you to sign the form. This may result in some delay before entry.
