You can register using a personal email address.

A reminder email from the National Museum of Nature and Science will be sent one day before your scheduled visit. Please bring a printed copy of the reminder email or show it on your device to the staff when you arrive. If you do not receive the reminder email one day before your visit, please send an email to dantai@kahaku.go.jp including your visit date, group name, and phone number.

Please cancel your registration using the cancellation URL provided in the Group Visit Registration Confirmation Email.

A. Please cancel your existing registration once, and then register again by 9:00 AM three days prior to your visit date.

Please check the following possibilities:
(i) Your email settings do not allow messages from @kahaku.go.jp.
(ii) The email address you entered is incorrect.
(iii) The email may have been sorted into your spam or junk folder.
(iv) The registration process was not completed.
*You can view instructions on how to use the Group Visit Registration Site and follow the steps to complete your reservation in Instructions for Using the Site.
*We are unable to provide support regarding email reception settings. Please contact your mobile carrier or email service provider for assistance.

Please check the following possibilities:
(i) Accessed the URL more than one hour after receiving the email.
The URL provided in the email is valid for one hour. If more than one hour has passed, please start the registration process over.
(ii) Registered the same email address multiple times and accessed an older URL.
Make sure you are using the most recent email notifying you of your email address registration.
(iii) Accessed the same URL again after completing registration.
Even for group visit registrations within the same time slot, you need to register your email address again. Please start over from the reservation date and time selection.
