QCan I eat or drink inside ComPaSS?

AYou cannot eat or drink inside ComPaSS.

QDo I need to take off my shoes?

AYou must take off your shoes before entering.

QCan I use a stroller inside ComPaSS?

AYou cannot use strollers inside ComPaSS. Please use the stroller parking area in our museum.

QCan I enter the ComPaSS while seated in a wheelchair?

AYou can enter the ComPaSS while seated in a wheelchair. ComPaSS staff will wipe the wheels clean before you enter. If you have any questions about entering with a wheelchair, please contact us in advance using the ComPaSS inquiry form. (compass★kahaku.go.jp) ※Please replace ★ to @.

QAre there restrooms or nursing rooms inside ComPaSS?

AThere are no restrooms or nursing rooms inside ComPaSS. You will need to exit the ComPaSS to use these facilities.

QCan I enter or leave during a session?

AEntry during a session is permitted. However, the time you can re-enter is by your exit time. Exit during a session is also permitted, but you cannot leave if your child would be left alone inside ComPaSS.

QCan I take photos or videos inside ComPaSS, and post them on social media?

APhotography and video recording are permitted. However, flash photography and the use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, or other photography aids are prohibited. Posting on social media is allowed, but please be considerate and ensure other guests are not captured in your photos or videos.

QI have a reservation but forgot my ticket. Can I enter the ComPaSS?

APlease provide the information you entered when purchasing the ticket with the staff at the ComPaSS reception desk. If your reservation details can be confirmed, you will be permitted to enter.

QCan I purchase a ComPaSS ticket after arriving at the museum?

AIf capacity has not been reached, you can purchase a ticket from your smartphone up to 10 minutes after the start of each session.
