Purchasing E-Tickets

E-tickets for the National Museum of Nature and Science’s permanent exhibitions are available for purchase on the external site "Asoview!."

E-Ticket Prices and Validity

• Adults (General and University Students) 630 yen
  ※Admission is free on May 18 (International Museum Day) and November 3 (Culture Day). (Please note that this applies only to the permanent exhibitions.)
• The e-ticket is valid for two months from the date of purchase.

Notes on Purchasing E-Tickets

The following visitors do not need to purchase an e-ticket for the permanent exhibitions

• Visitors with a ticket for a special exhibition (the special exhibition ticket also allows same-day access to the permanent exhibitions)
• Visitors eligible for free admission

• Aged 65 and over
• High school students (including technical college students) and younger
• Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying caregiver
• Students and accompanying faculty from universities participating in the University Partnership program
• Supporting Members, Friends of the National Museum of Nature and Science (FNMNS) Members, and holders of the Repeaters Pass

Cancellation of Purchased E-Tickets

Cancellations, refunds, or changes for e-tickets based on customer convenience are not accepted.
*However, if you are unable to visit on the planned date, you may use your ticket for a future visit within two months from the date of purchase.
