Application Acceptance Period

The application period varies depending on your desired implementation date.
April–May 2025 Implementation Applications accepted until the 10th of the month preceding the desired implementation date.
June 2025 implementation and beyond Applications accepted until the 1st of the month preceding the desired implementation date.

Application Process

STEP1 Application

※ Applications must be submitted by faculty members of school groups or similar organizations.
※ Recruitment for sessions held in fiscal year 2026 and beyond has not yet begun.
※ The application form utilizes an external service.
※ Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding.

STEP2 About Reservations

We will notify you by email regarding the availability of your reservation within two weeks of receiving your request.
If your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a “Reservation Confirmation” via email. If the details are correct, your reservation will be complete.
On-site
When applying for the “Museum Job Interview,” please submit the pre-submission questionnaire via email at least 10 days prior to the event date.
Online-based
A meeting with our staff and a connection test (approximately 15 minutes) will be required approximately one week prior to the program date.

STEP3 On the day of the program implementation

On-site
For group admission, separate from applying for school programs, “group registration” is required. For details, please see “Group Use” or “School Use Procedures.”
Online-based
You can connect to the web conferencing system starting 30 minutes before the program begins.

【Regarding Cancellations】
No cancellation fees will be charged. However, if you need to cancel, please notify us promptly so that other schools may use the facility. Please refrain from canceling without prior notice.

STEP4 After the program ends

Please cooperate in submitting the report.

Important Notes

On-site
  • On-site programs generally require teacher supervision.
  • If you wish to participate in an on-site program, please allow at least one hour for viewing the permanent exhibition in addition to the program duration.
  • We do not accept applications from travel agencies or requests to use programs solely for rainy days.
Online-based
  • For online programs, teacher support (such as providing guidance to students) is required during program sessions. Therefore, applications from students alone are not accepted.
  • Please arrange the necessary equipment and network connections for the online program at your school. Additionally, each school is responsible for covering the costs associated with online connectivity. (The web conferencing system used is Zoom.)
  • A meeting and connection test (approximately 15 minutes) will be conducted about one week prior to the program date. Please ensure the connection test is performed under the same conditions as the actual program environment.
