Tuckermannopsis kurokawae Tuckermannopsis kurokawae (Shibuichi &Yoshida) Kurok. A large lichen, Tuckermannopsis kurokawae grows on tree trunks of Chamaecyparis obtusa and Sciadopitys verticillata. The plant grows up to 7-10 cm in diameter and has coralloid isidia. The surface is yellowish green while the reverse is light-colored or light brown.
