Hitherto known only from and Kosrae. This is the first record of the species from Indonesian waters. Ujung rahang atas bagian belakang tidak tertutup/terbungkus; nostril bagian belakang tidak berbentuk tabung. Sebelumnya hanya dikenal di Kosrae (Kep. Mikronesia). Ini adalah penemuan pertama dari jenis ini di perairan Indonesia.
