IC Card - Login trouble
If you are having a problem logging into the content page with your status, here are a few things to try first:

1. User ID and password

  • Make sure to enter your entire ID number and password.

2. Browser version and security settings

  • Confirm proper web browser as follows (latest version is recommended)
    • Internet Explorer 6.0
    • Firefox 3.0
    • Google Chrome 3.0
    • Mac OS 10/Browser: Safari 1.2
  • Your web browser must be configured to accept cookie files and JavaScript.
  • In some cases changing your browser's security settings may prevent you from logging in.

3. Firewall and/or proxy server settings

  • If you are trying to log in from work, your firewall or proxy settings may prevent you from logging in.
    You could contact your system administrator in work and ask for access to the website.

4. Pop-up blocker settings

  • Blocking pop-ups may interfere with some websites. To allow specific websites (such as the content page) to use pop-ups, while blocking all others, you can add specific websites to the list of allowed sites.

5. Not shown your data

  • Your browsing/access logs by Kiosk will be reflected to the content of website version the day after you wrote/rewrote it into the card.
    Kindly contact us at webmaster@kahaku.go.jp if it has been more than 3 days.
    *Note: We are not going to reissue the same numbered ID card. Don't lose your ID card otherwise you won't be able to log into same data.
